Kalianget Hot Spring Development
Kalianget Hot Spring is a well-known hot spring in Wonosobo. Its strategic location makes it easy for visitors to access it by using motorcycles, cars, buses, or other public transportations. Kalianget Hot Spring utilizes natural hot springs containing sulfur. The current condition at this hot spring is the availability of large parking lots, private swimming pools, playground for kids, rivers around the location, and there are several parts in the area, such as ponds and buildings that are less developed. It is planned in this tourism place will be built culinary center and shops that can be rented by local residents who want to be partners with Kalianget Hot Spring management. Furthermore, it is also expected that the area around Kalianget Hot Spring can be developed for outbound activities, games, rest areas, and lodging that can further support tourists’ comfort.
Saline Tilapia Fish Hatchery Development
Fishery sub-sector is one of food types that provide many nutrients, especially protein, and very useful to support human physical growth. This is supported by Indonesian’s natural condition where _ of the area is territorial waters which full of fishery potential and other biological protein sources. Pati Regency has 642 ha land that is utilized as Saline Tilapia fish cultivation spread in Tayu Sub-district, Dukuhseti Sub-district, and Margoyoso Sub-district. The development of Saline Tilapia hatchery is planned in order to fulfill demand of domestic market, which is 96,300,000 seeds. Moreover, the development of this Saline Tilapia hatchery is also in line with the plans of the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries which will establish Pati Regency as Saline Tilapia fish cultivation area. The development areas of Saline Tilapia hatchery will be placed in Tlogowungu Fish Seed Shop, Brati Fish Seed Shop, and Sukolilo Fish Seed Shop.
Integrated Shrimp Fisheries Industry Development
Shrimp fisheries industry is a fisheries industry that concerns to all process of fisheries products, specifically Whiteleg shrimp, namely from supplying the demand of shrimp feed to processing the result of Whiteleg shrimp farms aimed to foreign market. Activities that will be developed in this integrated shrimp fisheries activities are shrimp feed factory, Whiteleg shrimp seeding, cultivation farm, and Whiteleg shrimp processing factory. The chosen location to be established for this integrated shrimp fisheries industry is Binangun Sub-district. Participation from the local community is expected in order to support the sustainability of the plan to establish an integrated industry of shrimp fisheries. This participation can be given by the community by being a collaborative partner in various businesses supporting the integrated fisheries shrimp industry.
Kledung Rest Area Development
According to the plan, the Kledung rest area will be built with an area of 3.05 hectares by choosing a strategic location with a panoramic view of Mount Sindoro - Sumbing and on the main roadside of Temanggung - Dieng. The construction of the Kledung rest area is due to the large number of tourist objects that are starting to develop in Kledung District. It is hoped that this will become an opportunity for the development of the Kledung rest area. The construction of the Kledung rest area will include lodging, restaurants and cafes, a business center, public facilities and open spaces for supporting tourism. With the development carried out for Kledung Agro-tourism and the Kledung rest area, it is hoped that it can collaborate with each other to foster economic development for Temanggung Regency.
Ship Dock Development
The large potential of fisheries sector in Rembang Regency makes the local community utilize it by becoming fishermen hence a lot of them have ships in order to support their performance in fishing. In order to make the ships in its full potential, the owners have to dock their ships. For docking their ships, the owners usually do this activity out of Rembang Regency, directly in Juana which is closest to ±27 km from Rembang Regency. This condition can be an opportunity for this regency to build its own ship docking facility for its local communities who have profession as fishermen as well as ship owners from Pati and Tuban which are areas with high potency in fisheries. The location utilized for constructing this ship docking facility is in Kebloran Village, Kragan Sub-district, Rembang Regency.
Panjang Island Tourism Development
Located in Bulu Village, Jepara Sub-District, Central Java Province with an area of 19,2 Ha. Panjang Island is located 2 km from Kartini Beach of Jepara and 80 km from Karimunjawa Islands. Panjang Island has the beauty of white sand beaches surrounded by clear shallow seas and coral reefs. In the central part of Panjang Island lies a tropical forest with tall trees among shrubs and bushes as places for seabirds to breed. The facilities that are offered around the tomb consists of a mushala (small prayer room), a place for ablution (wudhu), toilet, and there is also barokah water from a well nearby and can be consumed by visitors. Visitors who want to do marine tourism will be charged IDR 3,000.00 per person and can immediately enjoy the beach which has relatively small waves. Other sports provided in Panjang Island are snorkeling, canoeing, and bicycle rental to explore the island. In addition, most visitors who want to spend the night in Panjang Island can do camping in camping ground area provided on the beach.
